To Say Or Not To Say : This post intends to help understand the need of holding back or giving our upfront feedbacks in order to balancing either people or situation according to workplace scenarios, especially handled by working professionals and job seekers in present times.

We human beings are blessed with six senses and not five. Those are senses of touch, sight, hearing, smell and taste. Yes, we all are blessed with intuition, the sixth sense, which probably is the best of all our senses!

We are living with in 2020’s craziest time frame, and it is quite natural that we receive sudden volts of emotions at times, and we cannot react and decide our best.

It is important to be honest, but when in a fix, it is always advisable to be tactful and well-mannered, and hold the situation pleasant.

Take for a life’s instance; your mother has promised you prepare your favourite dish over the weekend, and she is the only person who is good with the ingredients’ knowledge.

This morning, unexpectedly guests have arrived and she has made a dish which is not so tasty.

On being asked, ‘How’s the dish?’, what should be your answer?

Think people think, your honest feedback will either strengthen or slacken your opportunity of living one of best moment of your life this coming weekend!
