Impressions Matter| An Indian’s way of story telling

This post is intended for all those working professionals and job seekers in workplace who say –

“Neki Kar Dariya Mey Daal” (Do good, and throw into the sea).

Remember Neki can never go down in Dariya.

It will return sooner or later. They say, sea never retains, it returns everything. It may return at times from the most unexpected being.

There is no system of seniority or juniority. The person before whom you are a senior may be the only senior person in his community.

It is the impression which you have left in someone’s heart that counts, either it is your hand’s impression which is there in someone’ heart or your feet’s impression, as the last time you have walked over someone’s heart, giving him a permanent impression of heartache.

My mom says the ‘first HI’ and the ‘last GOODBYE’, always mark the strongest of connections.

And a help done, or inspiring someone selflessly will always be considered in both personal and professional world. The ways can be different!

However, I will put forward today two instances taken from my professional life-

1. Samarpita, completed her internship and HR training with an important subject of HR guidance she needed, being there with me. She used to be my shadow and sincerely put in learning all the HR aspects which would be needed to pursue in her future career ahead. And it was a selfless voyage where I have tried to make her learn many things, especially from practical experiences from my professional field. The journey was short and about unconditional help.

Years have rolled and this year she has got placement with a good organization, and guess what! She being so new in the HR field came forward, as the only person who has helped me recently with a very crucial HR aspect, where many of my seniors weren’t able to do much.

2. It is gratefulness which counts. We have an employee, Sania.  This girl has been very lively and pure from heart, though she doesn’t keep her party mode on, sincerely she tries and works on tasks assigned to her. Yes, she is one of those employees, who finds out every single occasion to either thank her team or the management. The thing which she is yet to realize is while walking down her professional field she keeps touching people’s soul with positivity, which every organization wishes to see in their employees or prospective candidates (sometimes it is a fact, that they are evaluated about this quality in the interview table itself!)

Difference of opinions can take place, however, unconditional help and gratefulness for the present situation will bring opportunities whether you are in your current organization or looking forward for a better situation.
